How long does it take for a movie to be released on DVD after it hits your rental stores? It has come to my attention that a movie called undead has hit your video stores for rental, but not for sale. Is it like the old U.S. system, and somthing like a year, or shorter hopefully?

Normally we can buy the DVDs they have for retail, the same day they get them or a few weeks later. From what i\'ve seen anyway.

Thanks. I guess this is an exception. They probably won\'t sell it until it gets a worldwide release. :(

I\'m waiting for that one as well...

I have been waiting on it for almost a year. If I have to wait another year. I may have to resort to very bad things to see it.
Btw samwise have you seen Biozombie yet? Asian Dawn of the Dead with humor of course. Asians do not seem to make a zombie movie without comedy.

Nope, can\'t say I have. But now I\'ll have to check it out sometime. ;)

Its varies greatly depending on the film house its from. In most cases, rental and retail dates are the same, but it varies.
Like, Resident Evil was out for rental for like 3 months before it was available in stores.
