 that looks like a dodge intrepid. so no he\'s not stealing that car. being african american myself i can tell you the car of choice for the black youth is the honda accord or acura legend :D ;)

Since we\'re on the theme of "Only in (insert country or place here)" and the car has Florida plates, I thought it would be a fitting subject heading. I was gonna put in "Man tries to steal moving vehicle" but I think there would be too many gullible people here that would take it seriously. *looks in clip\'s direction* ;)
