As in my previous thread, I had an I/O device error.
Well the manual said in order to fix that you must upgrade the firmware. So I did, and in order to upgrade the firmware, you must format the computer. So I did...
Now their is nothing on it, it wont even start up.
I look in the back of the manual, and it says just reinstall the firmware and it will be perfectly fine.
Well when Im updating the firmware- it says "Media is too damaged to be formatted." Is their another way to fix this?
BTW: its a memorex MMP8500 128mb
The technial support people know shit too.. Its been a while since they have replied to me...

Have you tried kicking it? Dunking it in water? Throwing it? Cussing it?

I called techhy support, god they are assholes just ran me in circles again. Hopefully I can get thru to them.
