Doesn\'t look like he hid that at all. The rest of the region is of similar relative elevation. :p

Theres still a big chance Iraq has them. Everyone keeps forgetting about when the UN inspectors were turned away then allowed back in later.

He hid them once he could do it again.

And even a small amount is still, illegal. He was supposed to have zero WMD. Not a tons, or even a small amount.
