Judge Shoots Boy for Throwing Snowballs
BERLIN (Reuters) - A German judge took the law into his own hands and peppered a teen-ager with lead shot when snowballs went astray and hit the wall of his house, a court in the northern town of Lueneburg said Wednesday.
"Two 16-year-olds were having a snowball fight, and the judge\'s house got hit. Then the light went on, the door opened, and a shotgun fired off two rounds," said court spokesman Juergen Wigger. "The judge was alone at home."
He said one of the boys\' mothers saw her son had been shot in the arm and called the police who arrested the 55-year-old judge and confiscated the firearm. Investigations were continuing.

uhm i know you were trying to be funny there but the title doesn\'t exactly coincide with the story..anyway i\'m surprised those kids were not harmed more than that. shotgun blasts usually spread i think..no maybe it depends on the type of bullets used.

So where does the "wigger" come into play?

They usually spread, I think that an average 12 gauge over and under shotgun will have a three foot spread after 100yds.
At least that\'s what the book said. You can get single shells but you\'d only need them if you were hunting Graboids!

Oh, I thought his last name was Wigger, but it was the court spokesman.

I thought it was a rubber bullet, which would not penetrate, so I don\'t htink he was in too much danger.
