Title: the film, requiem for a dream

i have literally just finished watching that film, and i dont know what to say, im speechless, its amazing, without a doubt the best film ive ever seen... if i didnt have work tomorrow i watch again right now...


i cant say much else apart from im amazed, its just so sad, but wow, it is so powerful, i cannot believe it



has anyone else watched it

I saw it and liked it but I wouldn\'t call it the best movie I\'ve ever seen.

It is an extremely poerful movie, and one of my favorites. It should be required watching for high school students.

That\'s weird. I bought Cuckoo\'s Nest today and as I was walking to the checkout I picked up Requiem for a Dream and almost bought it. I could not remember if this was the movie a friend told me that was excellent so I put it down.

go back and buy it, its so powerful, so sad...... i dont wanna give anything away, i had heard it was good, but not really anything on it, and it totally just blew me away

IMO it\'s a very very good movie, not the best ever, but a strong 9 out of 10.

Also, when I have kids I\'m going to force them to watch that movie every year on thei birthdays.  I can garauntee they\'ll never use drugs...and I can\'t spell.

sorry if i didnt see it as soon as it came out, but it has totally blown me away, i thought about it all night, and all day at work, only at lunch did i not think about it, as soon as i fin work, i thought about it more, id watch it right now, but im taking it to a mates to watch it soon. yea pi alwas intrested me, but never got round to watching it, but gonna watch it now

and for me, its the greatest film ive ever seen, its hard to explain, a film has never had this effect on me before
