Title: I need help updating my BIOS

The problem appeared again... actually it never went. When I start some appliacations or games, the PC shuts down... I don\'t know what to do any more except updating the BIOS. But there is a problem: I have not floppy disk.

A friend of mine has told me that new mobos have the possibility to flash through the net... is that true? Can I update my BIOS that way? I have an ABIT NF7-SL2

Problem solved. The spanish site of ABIT has not the utility that allowed me to update the BIOS without using floppy disks. Bastards....

So how do you do it?  I have an Asus mobo w/ no floppy also but I still don\'t know how to flash it.
