Well I got my Gainward FX 5900 Ultra in the mail, and flashed that sumbitch with the 5950 bios and I\'m now running at a very cool 500/1000 with no artifacts.  I\'m actually running cooler than stock.  I could OC it more but I\'m happy where I\'m at.  This reminds me of the old 9500np that could be OCed to 9700p speeds.

That\'s cool omen.  I only start to OC when the games I play start to run slow.  I use Powerstrip to OC my 4200 to 4400 speeds.  It\'s on a big fat Zalman heatpipe with a quiet 92mm fan aimed at it so heat\'s not an issue here either.  I\'d go for 4600 but I start to see some artifacts. :(
