I think so. The power rods pulled apart and so it wouldn\'t surprise me to see the electricity crawling from one end to the other.

That must be a common thing whenever they brake a line for repair or something.  Looks pretty damn cool though.

I\'m not saying it is or isn\'t real but I thought electricity always took the shortest path?

did look good though.

They zig zag and when the power lasts as long as it did, it\'ll do go into a lot of different directions. Never seen those science fairs where they have static electricity generators where they have electricity rising up between two metal beams? They arch....just like in that video.

All I\'m saying is that I have done a couple of Electrical classes (not an electrician by a long shot) but the teachers have said that it always runs the shortest path.

But yes you make a good point about the science fair thing?

Just my alteration of Gman\'s name. He won\'t stop link spamming. Atleast put some effort into it and copy and paste some of the article too. :rpissed:

Probably the fact that it happened in mid air affected the way the electricity moved. I think its real, there is so much electricity going through those lines...but then again why would you be recording electricity lines and you just happen to witness that?
