no comment
-
doesn\'t bother to tell u if they\'re 256meg FX cards or 128.
Even so, the high end cards are to expensive. :/
-
man thats some high requirements for a game
-
If these benchmarks are true, nVidia has edged ATi in Doom III. (just as ATi edged nVidia in HL2)
Anyways, I\'m definitely going for a R420 or NV40. Forget these cards!
-
aye, im waiting till next gen also, i have always skipped one
-
Well I have an fx5900 flashed to a 5950, so I\'m not worried about being able run Doom III. Though it is nice to see that it\'ll run it pretty well.
-
?? Where are the 9800XT cards. Those constantly bench higher than the 5950 GF\'s.
-
and what processor did they use to run the benchmark?
-
probably a P4 3.2 or an AMD 64 3200, just guessing
-
AH CRAP! MY GEFORCE4 WILL DIE!! :(
and to think I bought it just to play Doom III :( :( :(
-
When, 2 years ago? :)
I remember when the GF3 was considered the card to have for D3, back in May of 2001.
Now, it\'ll barely run it.
-
I\'m going to shout at the top of my lungs!
-
I can run the biotch.
-
stop being a cheap bitch and buy a new card ;)
-
where is the RAdeon 9700 pro??????? if the R9600 can run it I guess my R9700 pro could.......
-
Yea put the 9700 Pro literally right beneath the 9800. They\' only differ by a small number of frames.
-
I do find it odd that the 5900 stomps the competition at the higher quality. I mean 9-10fps differance, that\'s pretty big when you\'re only getting 20-30 fps.
