So sad. It\'s probably better that the baby ended up dying though. I just can\'t imagine the doctors could do such a good job as to make that baby live and be normal. Pretty wild.

jesus..that is such a sad story. i know these scenarios are rare, but what causes these types of babies? everytime i read or hear stories like this, it kinda tugs at my heart. Some of you that don\'t have kids may not understand that..that\'s why you have to feel truly blessed that you came out with all your body parts & everything in tact. i agree with vid that the baby is really better off but for the family it\'s got to be a painful experience.

Freaky story, it sounds like it was a pretty impossible task to perform the surgery sucessfully. I can\'t imagine that the child would have had a normal life has she lived.

Yeah I heard about the babies before the surgery took place.
Just a while ago wasnt their another siamese twin surgery on egyptian twins? Any word on their status?
