VANDOR REP SUES WACHOWSKIS, SILVER, WARNER BROS. OVER “MATRIX” - $200 MILLION DOLLARS, INFRINGEMENT AND RACKETEERING CHARGED
Hollywood, CA.
News releases concerning Vandor Music Group’s signing of two new production agencies and labels to their current 400-plus roster have ignited a media firestorm over a dispute of ownership of the original script of the film “Matrix” and it’s subsequent releases.
On April 24, 2003, Vandor affiliate Sophia Stewart, Salt Lake City, UT, filed a federal lawsuit in the United States District Court of California against Hollywood defendants Andy and Larry Wachowski, Joel Silver and Warner Brothers alleging copyright infringement of the movie "Matrix", all subsequent releases, and racketeering.
During an FBI investigation, key pieces of evidence were found establishing Sophia Stewart as writer/author of “Matrix”. Credible witnesses employed at Warner Brothers have come forward claiming company executives and lawyers had full knowledge the work in question did not belong to the Wachowski brothers. Witnesses also stated the original work of Stewart had been seen, and often used, during preparation of the motion picture.
Stewart submitted her original script through so-called ‘recommended’ channels several years prior to the Wachowski brother’s claim to authorship. Revenues from the motion pictures and merchandising are in the hundreds of millions of dollars and growing.
Stewart’s entertainment company “All Eyez on Me, Inc.” and Pop Silk Records have been contracted with Vandor Motion Pictures, Phonorecords and Music Publishing Group (vmgworldwide.com) as a production facility offering world wide promotion, licensing and distribution for the label since January 1st, 2003.

but why is she waiting now to do this? the first matrix is years old already..why not draw the lawsuit up back then?

If it\'s true, it would explain a lot; like why the first film was great, but the sequels sucked ass. Also why the Wachowskis never gave interviews about their great artistic creation. :)

ok. well if that\'s the case she\'s definitely about to stack some cheese. I just read the part where some of the company exectives had knowledge of it not being their work so, those cats are busted!

Women have problems with lying. It was my lottery ticket, my movie, your kid.

I\'m kind of skeptical but then again kind of believe her. This probably happens a lot in Hollywood, where movies and scripts are stolen and stuff.

You know, if they really did steal it this would be ****ing huge.
They would probably have her rewrite a the rest of the trilogy, if their was suppose to even be one.
Man, that would be awesome.

Could be true seeing how those idiot brothers rewrote the whole picture in the second movie. Then destroyed the series in the 3rd.
Although I like 1 and 2 you can tell from 3 they had no clue what this movie was really suppose to be about.

i\'m going to become notorious for takin\' threads off topic..but when you stated your kid, it reminded me about the maury povich show..y\'know only subject his shows are about are paternity issues or who is your baby\'s daddy! How can a talk show survive with one topic all year round?...i take that back(thinks of jerry springer) anyway the women on those shows ALWAYS say the the person they are accusing is the father of their baby,..but when the dna results come back & he\'s not the father,..all they do is run to the back of the stage & cry..
I don\'t feel sorry for those hoes! you come on national tv to state somebodys a father and say something like"he has to be the father..i didn\'t sleep with anybody else" damn tramps. go find the cat that twisted you out & made you bite the bed sheets..sadly only response they have is i don\'t know where that person is! damn..this turned into a rant..i apologize samurai for jackin\' your thread..proceed..:)
