So yesterday my best bud comes and picks up me and my nephew. We went to the video store to drop off some movies he had to take back.
As we are leaving we come to and 4 lane intersection. And are stopped at a red light. There is a car to the left side. She waves at my bud.
So I ask him did he just wave at her. Next thing I know she turns the corner. So for some crazy reason he starts going threw the red light. And I yell out "The light is still red Man". All my senses turned on and I knew then and there we were about to hit something.
As I look to my left barring down on us and 60mph is a f250 I panic like hell because it is heading right towards my way because I was on the passenger side and I am thinking this big truck is going to kill me.
So I started edging my way further onto driver side so I would not take as much impact and boom. Man that had to be the hardest amount of pain i ever felt. Sharp pains rang threw my whole body.
Next thing I remember is coming to a stop and my nephew(who was already on cruches and has a hip injury) and my friend where jumping out of the car.
The engine was smoking and a your could hear it making these loud noises. I thought it was going to catch fire. I could not move or feel my leg at all. Great thing though ppl came and helped me get out. Me and my nephew were in the hospital from 8pm-12pm today.
My leg is all bruised up and I cannot walk on it gotta use cruches.
I got the worst shoulder pain a person could ever have. I can barely move my arm because of it. I am having lower back pains and my hip is bruised.
So far they don\'t think my nephew hurt is hip again. But he is complaining about having hip and abdominal pains. His leg is all bruised up. We both have scratches and bruises on our face.
My shoulder is killing me right now as I am typing so I am going to get out here.

I\'m glad to see that you walked away with your life. Get plenty of rest and feel better man.
-
whoa....who is the driver again?
I thought it was a story, but this really did happen to you? Ummm....good luck, get well soon.

Thanks guys and thanks to everyone if I am not able to get back on latter to post.
Man I that liquid medicine they give you to drink when you have to take a Cat scan is awful. I had to drink 2 of them and it destroyed my stomach.
I am bolted in the bathroom. I ask the nurse yesterday does it force boul movement or something. She says it forces everything out of the lower intestine. Seems to be forcing everything out that you eat.
So I am not trying to eat much at all. Plus I am very week I guess I need more rest.
Thanks again guys

did you just typed all of this in a hospital or something?
-
O man, hope you feel better =]
I know the feeling of thinking something is going to hit you, i wont get into details, but i was in a car when the driver overtook on the other side of the road and i was so sure there was anoher car there, fortunately there wasn\'t, scary stuff.

Get yourself a new best friend...
-
Hey man, that\'s some hard luck. Take it easy and no more driving with crazy people.
-
Damn, You got lucky. What kind of car were you riding in? Glad you made it through ok.
-

-
Glad to see you\'re OK... ****ing accidents kill a lot of people every year due to crazy people.
-
Whoa, man...
Good that you survived through! Many have been killed in such situations...
Now just try to think of the words "quick" and "heal" :)
Good luck!
-
Get well soon.

Thanks guys I am just feeling sore all over. I am off the cruches just walking with a limp. My shoulder and back are killing the hell out of me.
Oh and I was riding in a brand new malibu my friend only had the car for 3 weeks.
-
Congratulations on your survival. I was in an accident about 14 years ago, and I was so surprised by it, I didn\'t even notice what happened to me. I thought I was totally unhurt, but then later that night a part of my leg got really sore. I had no memory of how the leg could have received an impact, but I guess I just didn\'t notice it. The soreness will go away in a few weeks. Young people recover fast. :)
BTW, your friend needs to work on maintaining his concentration. It wouldn\'t hurt if he had a genuine driving instructor too. If I were the driver of the other car he pulled in front of, I would have beaten his ass down.

WORD. That was ****ed up. YOu said they were trying to bolt too? Instead of just flooring it and saving everybody? ****ing moron. Its only like stupid people to do some stupid thing like follow a girl out to an intersection when the light is still red.
Sorry... I have a things with stupid drivers etc. had to let off some steam.

My nephew is having really bad pains. My sister said on monday she is going to call her a lawyer and sue his insurance company. My mom told me I better do the same. Even though I am really sore and injured I would have jumped at the chance to sue somebody else. My medical bills are going to be exspensive I have a hospital visist tomarrow.
As I think about the whole thing I dunno what he was thinking.
We crossed one median before we got to the other side so I yelled out he had a chance to stop or floor it through. I duuno though that f250 was coming at us at 60mph but I know he had the chance to stop before he got to the second median. It seemed like he could have made it passed. I am just really all shook up. I can\'t drive and I got work and class tomarrow.

Good to hear you\'re ok. Most people don\'t know how deadly car crashes really are. When going at 14,000 mph you feel 5 g\'s, and it makes your heart struggle to pump but in a car wreck your body goes through 200 or 300 g\'s for a split second. I think I ****ed up some of the facts tho.
-
200 or 300 g\'s will kill you no matter how short it is.
-
Dood..you are o-so luckee and Im glad to hear you are ok. I was in a similar t-bone accident, but at 30mph and that was nooo fun so I can only imagine this.
-
Just throwing in my best wishes on a quick recovery.
