That game was so stupid that it was fun.  Wonder how they\'re gonna top previous versions with this one.

After reading this, I hooked up my Sega CDX and played Splatterhouse 3, the game is 10X better than the first 2.  In the first 2 you could only move your character right or left.  Splatterhouse3 was non linear.  You could move in all directions and pick from several doors and take short cuts to your final destination, but it would be harder.  You also had special attack combos.  The game also has multiple endings.  The artwork for the cover was cool!  It\'s a hard game though.  I also wondered why Namco didn\'t make one for PS2 or XBOX, since Splatterhouse 3 was a huge success for the Genesis. I can\'t wait!!

I expected roms and isos of currently selling console games were illegal since companies base their income expectations on these games.
They dont lose money from games that arent produced anymore.Or am I wrong?
And in Ebay its just people that bought already the game and want to resell it.

it\'s called intellectual property

someone owes the data that makes up that game, whether it\'s still being produced or not.  it\'s not freeware

mm not trying to argue but genuinely curious- what about old NES ROMs whose publishers and/or developers aren\'t in business anymore?  What is your policy on those?

He\'s a lot more than a moderator and he\'s been here since the beginning, or close to it...

exactly, i had the 2nd post on this forum (bjorn being the 1st)

UBB > phppuke

it\'s as simple as this, no roms will be passed around on this forum, either posted or thru PM\'s.

just because a publisher doesnt exist anymore does not mean noone owns the intellectual rights to that game

if you want to get the game illegally, go troll the proper sites,, enough of this

As if they would care and sue you for a rom of a 15 year old title that serves to nothing anymore? Its still under their name. They dont lose anything from their intellectual proberty rights

I bought a TurboGrafx just so I could play that game.  I got rid of my TurboDuo a while back and I do miss it, but I got $1500 for my entire collection including a TurboExpress and Dracula X.
