damn this game looks incredibly good...damn..it\'s not like i can\'t afford a box but i need a few more good titles for a purchase..

Fable should be out by July 2004.  GameStop site says ETA: 7/15/04.

In two months?  I seriously doubt Fable is out by July.  Big Blue Box just hasn\'t shown enough of the product for it to be final.  If it was ready to roll in July, it\'d have to be finished and in production soon, if not now.

When you see a date listed as 00 or the 15th of the month, it\'s usually an old estimate of what the developer was aiming for.  Fable has been delayed so often, GameStop probably just couldn\'t keep up.

Seriously, this holiday season would surprise me, but that might be a goal for the developer.  Otherwise I\'d see it pushed back til at least next summer.

But I\'m just speculating. We\'ll see.

Yeah, as I remember, Brute Force sold pretty well, at least initially it did. And got some decent review scores that would\'ve been higher had it not been hyped up to be some kind of successor to HALO prior to it\'s release.

So, what\'s the joke now?

And really, I\'ve lost just about all interest in Fable.
