This thing rocks! Wi-Fi Lan! Bluetooth thingy...so I can move the mouse from 30 feet away! Why? I have No idea why! :D
I got Final Cut Express 2.0 with it along with Mac Office. I\'m having a ball editing movies with all the visual and sound effects with it! I re-did someone\'s wedding video and from her recommendation, I was able to get a contract to video tape another wedding! MY FIRST!
Luckily I have a damn good digital camcorder - a Canon GL-2. Awesome recording image at Broadcast/Porn quality! :D

Ugh, wedding video... I\'d rather die.
Hope you have some mics.
Problem with shooting weddings is the best video is right up in their face.
You can\'t be there.
You ahve to be set up either in front or in the back.
Then the freaking preacher stands where you told him not to stand and you have no good shots of the victims, I mean the wedding party.
Good luck to ya. I\'d rather shoot a tv show.

I\'m just starting. So I need to get my feet wet. I\'ve done a few skits already just to learn how to edit and use the camera properly so post is not so difficult. The weddings will be a good way for me to pay off the Powerbook and GL2.
What I\'ll probably do is do extreme close ups of her and the groom BEFORE the wedding. I\'ll just ask them to do a bit of acting as if they\'re looking at each other at the alter. I\'ll just splice it in during the alter shots in case the preacher gets in the way.
I\'ll probably rent some wireless mics. The GL2 has audio thingies to recieve sound. As you can tell, "thingies" is a dead give away about my beginnership. :p

Why don\'t you just make up some 3D models of the bride and groom, and render the inserts you need in CG? Adan can help you. :)

BWAH! Adan! Make sure the Bride is a double D! :p

BRide and groom will have zero time to do any of that shit before the wedding. Not only that, but the groom is not suppose to see the bride. Oh, I guess you are going the XCU to not have the other person in the shot. GOod luck in getting them to match.
No pressure. This will probably be the only time these two ever get married. ;)

I won\'t take them to the church or anything. I said face shots. And it\'ll take no more than 20 seconds each. Hey, I was just married a month ago so I know the groom will have time. The bride, either me or the other videographer will take the face shot.
I have the whole thing planned out with the wedding planner as well. I\'ll have no worries.

Definitely get video before the wedding. With the chick all getting ready and nervous and crap. That\'s always fun.
