hey guys how do I tell if I  spyware download  by accident because when ever I goto gamespot or look at video game pictures I get pop up adds instead of game screenshots

Adware is good...

Download the free version @ http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

and then there is Spybot

http://www.safer-networking.org/

just remember if you install BOTH... Spybot will detect spyware that  Ad-ware quarentiene\'s
