Title: I bought some property
Post by: videoholic on June 15, 2004, 05:38:08 PM: Nothing like getting to cut trees down!! WOOHOO!!!

We bought an acre. One side is cow pasture, one side is a small conservation lake, and the other two sides are houses. It was the same lot I showed you guys a few weeks ago when I asked you to figure out how big it was.

This is the only pic. Pretty much doesn\'t show you a darn thing.

Probably won\'t build until after the first of the year. We are going to get plans designed in a couple months. Have to save up money again.

That was before I had mowed it so the brush was real high. You can go out in regular shoes now. Just no telling what you\'d step in before.

Kind of nerve racking for a guy who has a very high percentage of dieing if he gets stung by a bee/wasp.

Depends on where the land is. My gfs dad bought over 400 acres of scrub. Only 600 bucks per acre. Why, because its in the middle of nowhere and they\'re trying to push people out more from the cities. Oneday it might be worth something, most likely lisa and I will benifit from it. :smokin:

So true but here deep in the heart of Texas that would make a perfect cow pasture. You buy them sucka\'s as calfs then sell them when they are older your swimming in dough. I dont raise any kind of animals myself but just from knowing people that have done it I know you can get wealthy pretty quick.
