$3M is uber cheap for an island! Matthew Perry could buy one after filming 3 episodes of Friends.

Im pretty sure that most of Florida is close to 0 above sea lvl. Im about 20 minutes away from the highes elevation in Florida. I think its about 50 ft above.

Why would that be awesome when it\'s easily flooded by 5 foot waves? I doubt the top of the island is actually 15 feet above sea level.
