Yes. In about a month. Besides, their 51 troops is barely a blip on the radar. If they left, it wouldn\'t change the current condition in Iraq. Things didn\'t get much better when Spain pulled out.

The Philippines has its own problems with militant Muslims in their southern islands. This would just give them more reason to kill more Muslims in their own country.
