Title: does Rupert Everett do a voice in mgs2?

my bro has asked me if Rupert Everett does any voices in mgs2.. he just seen shrek 2 with his daughter, and reckons he is in mgs2, though cannot remeber the name of the character in mgs2 he is, ive had a bit of a look, but cant seem to find much
