My wife and I are working on plans now. We went ahead and got an architect. Looking through books was killing us. Anyway, I was on the tax site and damn it sucks.
My mileage rate is 23.51910.. This on a 300,000 appraised house WILL SUCK!!!!
Just had to vent. I think we pay about 1400 now total. 500+ bucks a month just in tax. Why do I want a bigger house?
For those of you who don\'t care. One day my friend you will.

Preach on.

I have 200 dollars in my bank account.

Damn vid.... I guess you won\'t be buying Kyoko & me dinner next week....broke-ass mark, trick-ass mark.... :D
you should move to Buffalo, you could probably buy half of it. My bro just bought a 3-story half-brick tudor with a yard & garage in a trendy neighborhood for $95k...a block away from this:

Yeah, but shit. Look at the city you live in. ;)
You will be in St. Pete beach? I don\'t know if you want Kyoko meeting the Log. She\'ll be off birth control instantly. The dude is awesome.
As far as the house goes, I seriously need to hit the lotto. No clue how we are going to afford this thing. Wifey is starting to make fair money though so who knows.

Where do you live, Vid?

I\'ll be staying in Tierra verde for a week starting on the 6th...we\'ll have a vehicle and stuff, staying in kyoko\'s grandparents condo...(free! :D) we should meet at the Don Caesar for a drink...as far as the Log goes, she\'s already got baby fever, so he\'s not gonna do anymore damage....

My property taxes are through he roof and they keep going up. Whenever the city wants to squeeze us a bit more my house mysteriously goes up in value.

Yeah we are getting a new garage built soon out of our old car port. It will probably be a 2.5 car garage with a little extra space on the side for another car. Thats the plan so far. Then theres going to be a lot of cusom fixes on it.
Then theres laying down new bricks etc for the new "lounge area" (i guess) behind the garage (inbetween the house and it). We\'ve been getting some good prices but i dont know when we\'ll get started. It should push the value up a little bit. I believe we are over the half a mil mark right now so this should turn out fairly nice.
Not that we are moving any time soon.

But you get to legally kill people.
So you\'ve got that going for you.
Which is nice.

No i wasnt part of that. but that doesnt mean i havent held millions in my hands out here. we picked up 100 mil to pay the hodgies their salary(iraqi police, ICDC). it was in hodgie money, but still 100 mil in hodgie money is 32 mil in american money. and i must say i couldve stuffed more then half in my cammies. there isnt anywhere to run out here. I coulda been livin it up. I took a picture with all the money also. I\'ll post it when the time comes.

well let me just say that i appreciate what you cats are doin\' out there...and you have my full support..i just don\'t like the fact that our pres..sent you guys there on some bulls**t assed info...i know you already have your mind made up about how you feel about the situation...so hopefully i speak for most in here when i ask you to check back here from time to time to let us know you\'re ok...everytime i turn on the news i hear of a new american casualty..
so check in when you can,..of course family members are of the highest priority but just check in when you get the time,..it\'s also kinda cool to connect with a cat that\'s actually seein\' everything front & center...& be careful out there..
