Reports in Kuwait on Friday said a man assumed to be Al Qaeda leader in Iraq, Abu Musab Zarqawi has been captured near the Syrian border.
Zarqawi, whose Tawhid and Jihad group has claimed responsibility for numerous attacks in Iraq, was captured during a joint operation by US forces and Iraqi police, Al Siyasah newspaper, quoting informed Iraqi sources, said Friday.
The US and Iraqi investigators are trying to identify the captive and has sent his DNA sample for testing, the unconfirmed report indicated.
Zarqawi is the most wanted suspect in Iraq and has a US bounty of $25 million on his head. (albawaba.com)

Well shoot we should just let everyone go then.

The more we kill terrorists, the less terrorism.

Not neccicarly. The more we kill terrorists, the more the ones we tried to kill are dead. That doesn\'t mean New organizations won\'t be formed.
But yes, you can stop specific organizations by targeting them but their will most likley always be OTHER terrorists to replace them.

How can you fight terrorism, when you support the people behind it.

DO you really think Osama has any power now anyway? Guys like Zarqawi are more of an iminant threat than Osama. ALthough don\'t get me wrong, that guy needs to be axed too.

Well considering he died shortly after 911, I would so NO.

zuh?

Nvidia knows something... I think he\'s a secret agent.

... I think he\'s a secret agent
That or I’m just someone who pays attention to the facts. While ignoring mainstream propaganda.
zuh?
Let me guess your information regarding "Osama CIA asset bin laden" comes directly form TV/MNP.
May I suggest you guys start looking into the over 50 Newswire services. Also look into independent Newspapers/local they seem to be much more unbiased/uncontrolled by the cartels. Yes I know most people rather be out with there friends or watching TV then to spend 3-4 hours day reading the news sources, what can I say I am very concerned about the future of this country/world. Then I come into here and 99% of people think I’m conspiracy nut, when all I have done is go off news articles/government documents.
Just my .02

Why thank you for your fine statement based purely on speculation. Anytime you’re willing to open that closed mind of yours you know where to reach me.

has this been over the news? i haven\'t seen or heard anything about this on the news..hopefully if he is captured, they forced fed him pork chops..with hot sauce of course! ;)
-
Its possible he\'s dead. Didn\'t he have kidney problems or something? Plus, when was the last time he released a video (this I honestly don\'t know)? Either way, Bin Ladens whereabouts will resurface around election time ;)
