Best way I\'ve heard to sleep is on your side (either one) in a sitting position with a pillow between your legs. This is the only way none of your lower back muscles are in use.

I always end up on my stomach though.

Ive never heard of both arms in that condition. One arm is bad enough and it sux like Britney.

Post by: theomen on August 07, 2004, 11:25:08 PM: I can\'t sleep with my arms bent, or I cut off circulation because of the added muscle I carry. Only problem is that I\'ll bend my arm 2-3 times a night, and then have to wake up and get the blood flowing again.

I woke up once with both my arms asleep, and then the alarm clock went off! that was damn annoying, I just kept hitting it with one of my sleeping arms hoping to hit the right button....

Yes, I always lift it into the air with the other arm and let go. It always goes crashing back down to earth with a thud. Very strange sensation and then you get those pins and needles in the fingers when the feeling starts to return.

Controlling your dream is actually quite easy depending how clear it is and how much detail is involved. If it\'s kind of blury then it\'s really impossible to controll a dream.

I\'ve acutally a couple times woken up in the position I fell asleep in (meaning I didn\'t move) and the part I was sleeping on is numb. That\'s a weird feeling having your side numb.

It\'s funny to see how a little question like, "How do YOU sleep?" Became so big. But anyway, i fell asleep at school once in my study hall class. I was sitting in a chair and i was sleeping on my arms and when i woke up from the bell, both of my legs were asleep!! i couldnt walk, than i was late to my next class... :(

I hate you bastards that move around alot. I went to my g/f\'s allstar bball game in Lubbock and had to share a bed with her brother at the hotel. I got elbowed in the ribs twice and then once he almost put his damn arm around me. By about 3 a\' clock in the morning I had about a foot of sleeping space. It was then I decided to go sleep on the floor.

I usually sleep on my hands as in old story books how the children put their hands together and shit. Weird, but it is comfortable for me.

If I dont sleep like that I have head in the pillow legs hanging off of bed. I end up drooling all over my pillow. Its a bitch.

Definitions:
puberty: the sexual development of a boy becoming a man or a girl becoming a woman.
erection: the stiffening of the penis.
ejaculation: the ejection of semen from the penis.
What are they?
A wet dream is the uncontrolled ejection of fluid from the penis during sleep. The fluid is creamy or clear in colour, not like urine.
What causes them?
Sexual excitement from dreams or by physical stimuli like rubbing against pajamas or a full bladder.
Who gets them?
When boys enter puberty a variety of changes occur. These changes will result in many, but not all boys experiencing episodes of embarrassing erections and wet dreams. If these episodes do occur there is no need to worry or feel guilty because they are part of normal sexual development. Many boys experience wet dreams between the ages of 12 to 18. Generally boys have less wet dreams once masturbation is begun or once puberty is over.
What do they mean?
Wet dreams are part of the many things that are changing in the body during puberty. Not all boys have wet dreams and that\'s normal too. However, if you do have a wet dream all it means is that your body is sexually maturing, which is a step towards becoming a man.
