Title: Metal Gear Solid 2
Post by: sammy004 on August 22, 2004, 04:53:03 PM: Hey guysI\'m new to this but i\'m kinda stuck on my game. I hate to use any type of cheats or walkthoughts but i\'m really stuck here. I got the level 3 card from Ames so I went to Shell 1-2 Conecting bridge there were 3 bombs that I shot but as soon as I\'m about to go by it blows up just after the stairs, is there another one I must be missing that I can\'t see.

Post by: Ryu on August 22, 2004, 05:05:26 PM: Use your tip-toes and what not by pressing and holding L1 and R1 in first person view mode. Look over the ledges and use the L and R individually to "peek" around corners to get better shots. Oh, and make sure you look up above and behind you. There is a bomb there as well.

Post by: sammy004 on August 22, 2004, 07:25:31 PM: yeah but I come out of cell 1 to go into cell 2 and there are 2 just below the stairs 1 right across on the big tank 1 on the cyper one across after the tank and one on the doors to go into cell 2 now do I have to destroy all to go past the first set of stairs or is there one that I can\'t see.

Post by: clips on August 22, 2004, 07:36:59 PM: i think there are some birds hiding in front of one as well. could be to the far right or left..i haven\'t played this game in a loong time..as soon as you come out there might be one right above you in the doorway..i\'m not sure about that one tho...(the doorway part)

Use the infra red sensors if you want to be sure if all bombs are dead.If they arent you ll be able to see the lasers that make the bombs explode if you cross them

Hes talking about "Game Shark." It allows you to put in codes that you cant sometimes w/o it. No self-respecting gamer uses game shark unless youve beaten a game and can only get certain things with the game shark only.
