This kid is going to die. Just open it and close the window just to make him happy.
Just go there and refresh the page.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi All,
Sadly, Thomas Peterpaul who is a 5th grader at St. Patrick\'s School in
Chatham where our children go to school, was diagnosed with Leukemia
about 18 months ago. The whole school has been following his ordeal and
pulling for him. Please visit his website as he asked (the link appears
below) and forward the email to others. Part of the website commentary
is copied below - the guestbook has been signed by people from all
around the world who are praying for him.
This reminds me how important it is to count my blessings every day.
Take care,
Elizabeth
THOMAS HAS MADE Another REQUEST..
HE WOULD LIKE TO HIT 1,000,000 VISITORS TO HIS WEBSITE. IF EVERYONE COULD
FORWARD THIS LINK:
http://www.caringbridge.org/nj/thomaspeterpaul
TO AS MANY PEOPLE THEY KNOW, WE KNOW IT CAN HAPPEN.
THANK YOU
DAY 45 POST TRANSPLANT:
Thomas\' kidney function levels continue to decline. Doctors said there
is nothing that can be done and only time will tell (days). We remain
positive and our faith comforts us during this difficult time. So many
prayers, so many people, touched by Thomas\' spirit. Right now, Thomas is
thinking about what music should be played during his dressing change
and he is unaware of the magnitude of the challenge he faces. We refuse
to accept the medical diagnosis and know that there is a miracle waiting
in the wings.
We ask everyone to pray to God for his healing touch.
GOD BLESS

Done... i also made this thread a sticky so that everyone gets the chance to visit it...
Also going to foward the link ontomy email list too,
-
Thanks. I\'ve lost a few loved ones to cancer. Hope he beats cancer and enjoys life without pain again.
-
Same here.
i\'ll tell you what he\'s one brave kid...lets hope he beats cancer.
-
Signed the book and refeshed the page to give the little guy some more hits. Keep him in your thoughts guys.

The numbers are going up really fast. I have a lot of people in my family or friends that are struggling with diseases etc. My little cousin who is about 8 has a tumor and is fighting with cancer, my aunt had breast cancer, got better only to find out a couple of weeks later that she had 2 brain tumors etc. Really sad shit.
I hope this kid gets his wish. I guess im just a pessimist but as much as i hope he pulls through i doubt he will. Its a terrible thing to say, yes. But think realistically how many children and people have cancer or w/e. If all of them had a website there would be thousands. I do hope for these people but this is just how things are.

yea i had to take a trip to n.carolina back in july,..because my uncle died of lung cancer..it was really weird cause i was down there last thanksgiving and he seemed as healthy as ever,..but shortly after we left, his condition deteriorated quickly...i didn\'t get to see him suffer..you lose weight, then it comes to a point to where you can\'t even eat anything...
my mom\'s was with him in his final hours and she stated that he was actually tryin\' to fight death..sayin that he wasn\'t ready to go yet..i was almost choked up when my mom\'s was tellin me this...so i feel for this kid... like nicon said we all know the outcome and to me i feel he\'s better off if he just slipped away...i\'m not bein cold or anything..i just hate to see people suffer...
-
Done hope the little guy makes it. Why does it always seem to happen to the innocent?
-
I\'m not gonna post a message i just saw in that guestbook but there are some sick sick bastards in this world...i dont understand how a person could be such a dick.
-
A friend of mine died of leukemia about a year and a half ago. I know what this kid is going through. I hope he makes it. Thanks Gman.
-
I visited the site. Thats right.
-
Wow, this is right near where I live. In fact, my father works in Chatham. Wow, the kid gets all of my prayers.

-
:mecry: :mecry:
How sad to died so young. Suck to suffer something in pain.... :mecry: :mecry:
-
That is sad. My sympathies to the family.
-
I don\'t believe anything I read on the \'net, so I never signed .
Yes, I\'m a prick, but call me skeptical, I say it was a fraud site...
can we un-sticky it now?
-
^^
the sad thing is that there are people pathetic enough out there to create scams like this just because they can.
that in itself is sick.

While that is true. And I to have a hard time trusting things I read online. If you check out the picture section. There is noway those picks could have been fabricated. This indeed is true. And it\'s really sad the kid is gone at such an early age.
-
Exactly - I was not trying to be a prick, but there are to many people on the \'net, that would make a convincing site just so they can get a lot of hits on their site..Which is pathetic, in my opinion.

Agreed but I don\'t think this person went to this extent to make something like this. I think this one is legitimate. Ever get chain emails saying that a company like AOL will give a person like a dollar or something to help a kid with cancer for every person that the email is sent to? That is such bullshit and those people piss me off.

It is kind of ironic that he "died" on 9/11. Not that this isnt for real or anything, but what a perfect time to stage such a thing if your looking for alot of hits.
-
Didnt catch this. That is very sad. I didnt expect it to be so soon. Well at least soon enough that i would hear about it. Well as some say - GOD works in mysterious ways.
lets do like the south africans and rejoice:p
