Post by: clips on September 10, 2004, 03:38:01 PM: i don\'t expect too many members to participate in this thread as it\'s dedicated to alot of artwork of all kinds of characters..the pieces i\'ve found on this one site are pretty nice...i only know of a couple that might be interested but some the pieces i\'ve found are truly stunning...i\'ll to post only the best pieces..enjoy...

that\'s a nice pic cy...it seems to be a combination of painted and penciled work..colors and textures are nice...

Yeah. The gun pic was just something i drew quickly because i was angry. heh. Meh. I have a lot of crap that I could put up here but not too much of it is new. Maybe ill post some later.

The names thats stand out in my head right away are people like Mc Farlane, Adam Warren and of course, Masamune Shirow.

His Intron Depot books etc. are awesome. Its a pitty i cant find any good pics online.

I read everything Geoff Johns writes, but this is one of his better works recently. I\'ve been reading his Superman since Up Up and Away, through the delay plagued Last Son arc, through the Legion arc, but this was his best issue yet. Perfect Superman. Art was superb too.

To understand RIP you need to read every single Batman issue he\'s ever written...twice. Its one big run and should be treated as such.

Yes All-Star Superman is extremely good. It ends sometimes soon with issue 12 and its the best Superman story ever.

Action Comics 866 is an extremely good spot to start reading the in continuity book though. So far its three issues in, and its almost as good as All-Star which I didn\'t think was possible.

Heh...yeah my bad.....is this the same tony daniel that worked on the tenth?...in his earlier years?...even tho his artwork back then was on the cartoony side i liked it...and if it is indeed the same person, his artwork & style has improved and has a more realistic look to it.
