all psychics are bullsh*ters..i\'ve seen this lady on montel a couple of times just to see what is really up with this shit, and you know what? these people spit complete garbage..same goes for that cat that supposedly speaks to dead relatives ..trust the people who attend these shows and look up to these professional bulls*ters are just pathetic...

I really hate psychics. I\'ve yet to see any come true. Nostradamus\'s are strangely similar but I don\'t think his were really psychic readings. There are contradictions to his visions too.

EDIT: Reading through a few of these. Funny. I\'ve seen quite a few in sci-fi movies and read in books. What a fraud.

I\'m probably going to regret asking this for the many religious nuts who will peek their feeble heads up in this thread, but...

What gives that book credibility?

that book has stood the test of time..and yes there are loopholes in some of the stories as anything of this nature will naturally slightly change with each new edition...and i think it\'s a known fact that jesus did exist..now some may not believe the walkin on water/separatin\' the seas and such and i can understand why...but this is just what i believe in and feel this book which has been around for hundreds of years, is way more credible than someone just makin statements to make you feel better...

yes i know preachers in church do the same thing but often there\'s a message and lesson learned in the progress..again this is what i believe in...whatever you believe in is cool too.. i just felt that people like this are just straight up fakes...

So you would say the credibility of the bible is based on time?

Well I am no bible thumper either but like clips said that is what I believe in also. The bible is the only book that stands up in corut of law(kjv). Which is the only version that I would ever read.

I know there must be a god somewhere. I have had some many things happen to me that if not for god I would not be here. I have heard and seen things come true in faith. I believe everyworld of that bible to be true.

Am I a retard or does that make no sense?

(Maybe I\'m a retard AND that makes no sense) God works in mysterious ways.

There will be many false prophets that rise up proclaiming to be Jesus on Earth, and try to lead people astray. We are already seeing this in the big rise of occultism.

Bush allready has this one covered :p

can\'t resist...bah

When it comes to the bible I just think it\'s funny that all the entries are from men, nevermind absolutely nothing directly from Jesus.  Stories get exaggerated and I don\'t think I have to convince you that some people are very capable of amplifying the truth just to be heard.

I\'m not saying that Jesus didn\'t exist, I just think he was a guy with some good ideas.  Not a super being who could divide the ocean or walk on water.  Speaking of holes in the story how about no mention of Mary Magdelene(sp?) being Jesus\' spouse or that he had kids (this is fact) and can be followed through the Merovingian\'s family tree.  Instead I believe the bible refers to Mary as a whore, if I\'m not mistaken.

Also, anyone else find it funny that there are a staggering number of coincidences in the bible from other religions dating as far back as you can go?  Now you might ask what happened to those religions, why aren\'t they still around?  They had their time and most of them lost out to other religions and politics.  The pieces were picked up and adapted.

Does this make the bible less credible...in a way.
