Interesting site I came across.
http://www.fundrace.org/

LOL. This thing is great. Damn, and the only person on my block that i see right now gave money to Bush. Damnit. Heh, jk. Now i can harrass them about how i know who they gave money to.
In all seriousness though, I thought there was some sort of confidentiality rule when you donated money? I guess not.
-
Just did my and about 90% of the people were DNC supporter, hurl.
-
The only political organization I donate to is California Peace Action (http://www.californiapeaceaction.org/), and they are not listed in this system.
-
Bill Gates gave 2 grand to Bush. That\'s thanks for not taxing the rich by a greater ratio, I guess..
-
I couldnt find any correct adresses for people I knew.
-
Did a search for my town. Noticed a few names on there. Nifty site.
-
If I did where my parents live a primarily military city it was 90% Bush and RNC, a few DNC and Kerry, even one for Al Sharpton, lol.

2 grand is nothing. My friend around the corner - her dad gave around 2 grand total to kerry and somebody else. For gates 2 grand is toilet paper.
-
Most people near me donated to the DNC, not RNC. The highest I saw was $15K.
-
Wow.
One of my neighbors donated 25,000 to DNC.
And the rest were up in the 2k
Go Mr. Polgreen
35,000 to DNC!

Unless youre extremely well off, 35 grand is f*ing stupid imo. Well at least if it goes into the presidential campaign.
-
forgive my ignorance,
why do people donate money to them?
-
So they can "advertise" more. Be it commercials, hosting rallies, paying for big buses to haul their campaign around...
Also pays for security fees, debate coaches, campaign managers, etc...
Most of my neighborhood is RNC. I don\'t think I\'ll ever donate for a political cause, but I\'m no fortune teller.
