Not worth $70k.  He\'ll have to piece it out.

Wonder if he\'s doing this for nerd points or because he\'s naive.

I don\'t think I\'d want to meet another human being who spent their entire life doing this stuff...seems a bit creepy to me...

I think its easily worth 70 grand if you work in the raw price you would have to pay now or before when the games/systems came out. I mean i didnt look at the whole list but some of those things would run you way more money now than they did when they came out. Thats a beautiful collection but theres just too much hassle with shipping and organizing and space, etc etc etc. I mean Its just nuts and if i were rich then id buy it easy and id have somebody organize if for me. If they messed anything up then they would be penalized severely!

Then again how do you keep track of all of those games? Not only do you have to organize them in some sort of order (if not alphabetical) but you also probably couldnt get around to even playing all of those games in even a year, let alone beating them. Some people have lives, and with this i can say that this collection will gather a lot of dust quickly or you will have no life whatsoever.

I have a magazine where it talks about these girls from sweden that play counterstrike and video games that stay up for days straight just playing. Believe it or not but their all HOT.

* I just saw that it includes the original external HD. I thought that thing was so sexy. And He also has about all of the hand helds.*

If I was to estimate my collection, I would guess around $15K - $20K.
I use to spend whole paychecks on rare games / old games / systems.

It really isn\'t that hard to get a massive collection, infact mine grew to the point I got discouraged that I would never play half the games I own. I own almost every domestic 3DO game made, same with the Virtual Boy and so on.  I still remember buying the 3DO with all those games and some 12 or so controllers off of Ebay. It came in three HUGE boxes.  Done the same with the Virtual Boy, saw a collection online for sell and bought it up.

You would also be amazed at how much space that stuff takes up.
:D

9 hours and 0 bids later....

Like I said, this guy\'s naive for thinking anyone would actually drop that much money on a package deal.
