The two of you are talking out of yer asses.
There is ONLY ONE race of humans. However, there are many varieties due to our adaptive genetics. And coz of our language, race also means "skin tone".
Tens of thousands of years when many groups of humans were isolated, their physical bodies had to adapt to their environment. Hence why there are people from the tropics with broader noses (Central Africa, South East Asia, South America) and there are people with narrower noses in the areas with dryer air (Middle East, Northern Asia, North America, North Africa and Europe, for example). That\'s just one example.
As far as genes go, there are recessive genes and there are dominant genes. Dark skin is typically a 3 to 1 dominant gene over fair skin. Blue and brown eyed people, the blue eyes are recessive so chances are, their children will most likely have brown eyes. But there\'s still that possibility that one of the kids will have blue eyes. However, the GENETIC MAKE UP OF THE OFFSPRING WILL ALWAYS BE 50-50! Not 90-10, not 40-60! That is basic biology.
Why?
Coz the male sperms only carries HALF of the genes of that man and the female\'s egg carries only half of the genes of that woman.
THEREFORE, Tiger Woods is HALF ASIAN + HALF BLACK = HUMAN. GEEZ! If you want to judge a person\'s "race" by their phenotype (physical appearance) that\'s your preference. But once you KNOW who their parents are, then you should at least acknowledge that.
So this thing about "duh....if the father is black and the mother ain\'t then the children are black".
That\'s ignorance. Go back to middle school and take basic biology over again. I can\'t believe some of the things you uneducated kids say! Change the channel from MTV and watch TLC or Discovery channel....PLEASE learn something! TODAY!

His father is 1/2 African American, 1/4 Chinese, 1/4 Native American, his mother is 1/2 Thai, 1/4 Caucasian, 1/4 Chinese.
So technically Tiger is 1/4 Black, 1/4 Chinese, 1/4 Thai, 1/8 White, and 1/8 Native American. Still adds up to human though.

Oddly enough neither of the two mentioned people have come here yet.
I mean Everybody knows this - or at least should. If you want to get deeper into it we could say that everybody is African. Of course a lot of people wish not to think of this as fact and it could be disproven if evidence was found to invalidate it but until then- YOU ARE ALL BLACK! HA HA HA

man is smart...the first man and woman was created in africa and we all know what color they were right? thren over thousands of years evoultion and expansion white people came along...which is why i say white people came from black people as much as some would like to deny it..
also if you wanna look deeper, the jesus that\'s portrayed in america even in black churches is extremely false and only fits that said races preference. meaning jesus was NOT a blue eyed straight haired white person! skin like bronze,..hair like wool.. period.
some may say it doesn\'t make a difference what color he was...obviously in america..it does...i think white america might have a heart attack if they put up the true physical resemblence (spel) of jesus...
*uhm let me also add that this only applies if you believe in the bible* :D

g-man..excellent post but i already knew some of that..i was just speaking on the part of skin color whereas it even states that the darker skin is dominant over the fair skin...that is what i was talking about in the tiger post...and just for the record i don\'t come into this site claiming to be mr. know-it-all..hey if i come in here and become corrected on an issue..fine i look at it as learning something...
i\'ve already stated that i didn\'t know much about the subject to get into it any further..but your post has cleared alot of that up good read...
