because I am nor sure it is realy what I need , I hope an expriance PS2 user can help me . are you one of those ?

I know nothing about NTSC > PAL convertors.

There are mod chips out there.But from what I ve seen so far they let you play pirated games too.And its illegal.Not that I didnt have my PSX chipped :p.In Saudi Arabia the collection of pirated games was a goldmind.And originals were almost non existent.They had tons of japanese games, tons of games that sometimes werent even released in the market yet and even games that were canned.
Tobal 2 rocks......ahm...what was I saying?Oh yeah...pirated games are illegal :p
