Title: The Official "I got it" thread!
Post by: Mr. Kennedy on October 27, 2004, 08:43:23 AM: Yeah, I got Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas yesterday... unfortunately I have no PS2 at school, so I can\'t play it... oh well, I guess it will have to wait til I come home next weekend.

I can\'t buy this game as much as I\'d like to. With Logan in the house I\'d never be able to play it.

I bought the original GTA and I haven\'t been able to play it hardly at all.

only played for 1.5 hours, seems huge though, gonna have to get used to the stupid analog contol for driving

I\'ve only done 3-4 missions, the rest of the time I spent just driving around trying to familiarise myself with the layout.

My verdict, 2 things I found disappointing.

1. Rockstar still didn\'t address the glitch allowing you to move cars by running against them.

2. The ridiculously oversized moon, they should have got rid of that, and made a smaller moon, similar in size to the sun, and have it track across the sky in a realistic fashion.

Up to now, those are the only questionable things as far as I\'m concerned, in an otherwise exceptional game.

2) The moon?! Come on. That is such a nit picky point its not even funny. Ive seen the moon but other than that i havent thought twice about it. Maybe your game is just gay. I hope that doesnt affect your view of the game because thats really pretty sad.

And about driving with the dpad etc. - I like driving with the analog stick. I guess it might be fine with the dpad but if i remember correctly ive been playing the last two with the stick so im fine with it.

I haven\'t, I was always used to the dpad, the only time I ever use the analog stick, is when I\'m on foot.. The car goes all over the place with the dpad.

woudn\'t say its a glitch, ive only played for 2 hours and ive allready used it to move a car i needed for a mission when i managed to wedge it somewhere
