Found this on another site.  Didn\'t know if you guys found this already.

first get busted so they take you to jail, you will reapear in front of the poloce station, you must enter the police station w/out any weapons in your hands, walk into the office section of the bulding, and into the locker rooms and then in to the shower rooms, you will find a bullet proof jacket in the locker room, and the dildo in the showers,
next proceed to beat the popo over the head and run out

A funny thing I heard CJ say when I was being chased by cops "I dont want a nightstick up my ass" :laughing:

I beat the cop in the locker room down with the do-dam, then ran out of the station...about 30 seconds later, I had 3 Stars instantly! I guess they don\'t like that...
