Made it to the second island, bought some property, did some missions, drove hella far...

Got the harvestor and started coming back with it... and the game froze.

Back to island one for me....

how long does it take to get to island 2?, ive onl done like 10 missions just havent had the time since it came out :(

Seriously. I save fairly often. Even after side missions (like the bloodring etc.) - The stadium racing is great. 10 grand for first place.

True, especially with the trouble I have started to have with my ps2. :(

i barely save.. normally only when i get sick of playing.. Although on the PC versions i save pretty much all teh time.. The series tends to crash alot.

I always save after missions.  Too lazy to gather all my weapons again after I get wasted or busted.  

I\'m still crawling along with the game.  Didn\'t get to play much at all over the weekend.  I think I just finished the House Party mission.  I find that aiming with right stick and firing with L1 works the best.

And you change this how?

About saving - I save often because i hate having busted or wasted records and i usually have a shit load of ammo/guns gathered over time. Too much to just find again.
