Article today about the sweep they did in March that prevented what seems to be quite a huge terrorist event in London.

It proves that if we fall asleep behind the wheel we\'re in big trouble.

Nah that’s Blair re-election manifesto.
He’s taken a leaf out of Bush’s book and is starting to preach a climate o fear over here just to “win” votes.
Good thing no-one is taking him seriously
/me looks out the window
Nope no-one panic buying toilet paper and duck tape yet.

ooseven you remind me of Officer Bar Brady from South Park. Terrorist bombs would be going off in Glasgow and you would be saying "This is all Blair re-election propaganda, this isn\'t happening."

Now I have an idea of what living in the communist scare period in the USA must have been like.

If the terrorist get through our security then they have most likely be an attack. (unless they can be stopped en route to their target(s) ).
The real war on terror is the ability to stop them while they are still in planning stages or when they are gathering resources.
and NOT having a government that terrorises it people with useless WHAT if statements

So 007 you think all the people mentioned in the article and their stories are fake?
-
It just that i rate these "storys" along with Fox news\'s daily...nay hourly terror level updates.
Lets face it your more chance to be killed as a victim crime than a victim of a terror attack.
lets just leave the security services to get on with it and less with these damn usless updates.
