Do i have to do anything to get a mod shop on the second island?

There is one behind wang\'s cars, it\'s very near the paint and spray.

There is also a race mod garage near the ammunation on the second island, not many cars can go there but the elegy and another one worked for me. Think there is something you have to do but not sure what, maybe all the wang cars missions.

Are you talking about Wheel Arch Angels or something? Its on the west side of San Fierro, west of the street hills (that are west of zero\'s Shops). All of the cars in your dealership will work there (though i havent tried the lowrider). Its too bad you cant put some nitrous in the buffalo :(.

So only the cars from your dealership work at arch angels?

I wanted to do a racing bullit. :(

I wanted to do that too but at least you can put nitro in it - unlike the very sexy buffalo.

There are more cars that work besides the ones in your shop - i was just saying that all of those work.
