Title: Phil Anselmo\'s response to Dimebags death

Seems the guy recorded an emotional video, saying he\'s sorry to the guys. For those who don\'t know he\'d said some pretty nasty stuff about Dimebag about a week before the shooting.

That guy is seriously f*cked up, but he\'s one of the few people that can pull of semi crying and make it cool and then somehow turn it into a media attack.

ohh the "In the WORLD" part made me laugh because the way he said it was funny.

it might have changed his world but not everybodys, he was starting to over exaggerate

Yeah, I heard it on the radio. He was obviously drunk as hell.

Yea, drugs do have that effect on people.  You seem drunk quite alot.
