Post by: Samwise on February 02, 2005, 05:16:07 AM: Yesterday I went to the movies to watch The Aviator. It had a preview of Constantine and I thought it looked pretty interesting, although I hadn\'t heard about it beforehand.

At first it looked a bit like a horror movie, but then it shifted and looked more like an action movie. Either way it looked ok AND it features Rachel Weisz, who I\'m manically obsessed with. ;)

Anyone into this movie or know exactly what it\'s about?

I wasn\'t interested in other sites\' reviews (or I would have used Google or IMDB), but what people HERE might have to say. It\'s not like the board\'s overloaded with activity as is.

I just saw Kung Fu Hustle. It was actually a lot better than I expected it to be.

I just can\'t see myself getting excited about a movie where Keanu Reeves has to act and doesn\'t do kung-fu.

Sin City looks crazy though. I\'ll probably see the bootleg of that one.

I have no problem with Keanu. The movie slightly reminds me of that one Schwartzenneger movie when hes supposed to fight the devil. If the movie is at least as good as that, then ill see it for sure.

I suppose i did in some way. Depends on what good is in your book but i found it entertaining. Nothing more nothing less.

Almost every other "good" movie out now, ive either seen or they seem gay so this is a welcome release.

I\'m in love with Jessica Alba as I have posted before. But, when I saw a poster for this movie I thought it was going to be some insipid and stupid movie featuring the hottest woman on eart.

After watching the trailer, I feel as if I should be ran over, spat on and kicked in the balls by a horse then finally forced to have sex with an 80 year old obese woman.

It looks fantastic.

Constantine looks interesting, but I doubt it would be good. I\'ll probably still watch it though.

By the way, the way the film seems to be in the trailer, is that how it\'s going to look, black and white with cool coloring like that?

That is fucking awsome.

I had a few minor issues with the story, mostly a conflict on my interpretation of heaven and hell, but otherwise I\'m very anxious to see it. The writers made some really disturbing concepts concerning hell, some albeit will not make it into the movie (or be censored a bit) because of the extremely graphic content...I\'ll cross my fingers though.:)
