can anyone tell me if a german bought game will be a PAL version?

Why is this in the PC section? If you buy a PC game, then of course there\'s no difference whether you buy it in Germany or the US (well, except of course perhaps language).

If you mean a PS2 game, then yes, a game bought in Germany will be PAL.
