Title: Sony sued for its patent infringment found in Dual Shock controllers.

They gotta pay up 90 million dollars to Immersion (10% owned by MS).

immersion also sued MS but MS was smart and settled out of court.. for a LOT less money.

If sony would have done this they could have done the same.

Nintendo was the only smart one and paid for the license to use the rumble feature from the get-go

So f***ing gay. Why cant they just give those guys a percentage of the sales? I dont know if sony did it on purpose but this just f***s us up, more or less. Its not like *sissy voice* Immersion *sissy voice* is going places.

MS paid, Nintendo paid I have no idea why sony would screw themselves.

90 million is nothing for sony. They probably make billions a day.

They didn\'t just sue for the Dual Shock technology. The court is also making them stop sales on various games that use the technology, which is 100% f^cking B.S.

Well, there\'s no use in hurting the sales of game companies that used the vibration function for their games. It\'s not their damn fault. Stupid ass court system...

this will blow over and it wont make a difference. we wont even see it affect sales or sony for that matter.
