1 and 2 would have perdy much sealed OJ\'s fate, as one juror noted. But the prosecutos dropped the ball on those two accounts.

I disagree on this one. A defense attorney is a crucial part of our justice system. How else do we have fair representation? Do you want a the accused to just sit there and be questioned? While I do agree that most defense attorneys are worthless people who only care about money, they still serve their purporse in the system. That purpose is double sided. To get the innocent off and to expose the flaws in the system, by getting the guilty off, like OJ simspon.

Criminal Defense Attornies > Prosecuters. Why? All the talented trial lawyers end up going into criminal defense where they get high profile cases and $$$$$. Prosecuters are like having a high school football team play an NFL team. You pay for what you get and the government can\'t compete with private practices. I am sorry, but I don\'t know how some of them live with themselves when they know their client is really guilty.
