Wayne Brady decribed this in detail on Conan.  When he was performing stand-up in Japan random Japanese businessmen would just walk up and grab his package to take note of its size.

At first he told them not to do it but he had to give in just because he was in Japan.  Kinda reminds me of my relationship with my dad.

ahhh so that\'s why in mgs3 the main bad guy grabbed snake\'s package? i never knew wtf that was about :p..now i know....

I havent even read any of them but just looking at the titles, i know they will be good reads. Especially since i like Japan.
