This sucks, she is such a wonderful person, so full of life, and I don\'t care what you think of her music, she has such energy and charisma, it just sucks that this has happened to such a great person, and, breast cancer awareness advocate.

SYDNEY, Australia - Australian pop star Kylie Minogue has been diagnosed with breast cancer and will undergo immediate treatment, her management team said.
Her tour of Australia was postponed following the announcement.
A statement from Minogue\'s management said the 36-year-old\'s diagnosis was confirmed this week during a visit to the southern Australian city of Melbourne.
"Whilst at home in Melbourne with her family this week prior to her Australian Showgirl Tour, Kylie was diagnosed with early breast cancer," the statement said.
In the statement, Minogue said: "I was so looking forward to bringing the Showgirl tour to Australian audiences, and am sorry to have to disappoint my fans. Nevertheless, hopefully all will work out fine and I\'ll be back with you all again soon."
The Showgirl Tour was to have included performances in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth over the next month.

Funny how Racer only pops in to say stuff about female singers... *lisp*
Sorry to hear about Kylie though, I don\'t wish cancer on anyone.

I wouldn\'t worry if I was her, most people don\'t look at her tits anyway, when I look at, and think about her, all I see is her nice little arse.
Seriousely though, it is quite sad news, even though I\'m not really a fan, I hope she comes out of it in good nick.

Damn, I hope she pulls through ok.
At this early stage of the cancer do they do chemo, drugs, or what?
-
not sure about breast cancer, but I think they try to get rid of most of it with surgery and then follow up with chemo to make sure they got everything
-
lets hope she makes a full recovery.

It depends. My mother had breast cancer, but it was so far along they had to do a radical mesectomy along with six months of intense chemotherapy. If it is so early on, some chemo and radiation should be able to clear it up.
