How anyone in their right mind could say that it looks like ass is beyond me. Then again, when attending translation class today, I proudly declaimed that my favourite type of weather is "blueberry", so what do I know.

If they were blown-up screens, everything in them would be blurry. The fact that Link and the textures in the far distance look relatively sharp while the close-up ground looks N64-ish indicates that they are what we\'ll be seeing in-game. Yes, I\'ve checked out the movies, and while the game looks a LOT better in motion, it still suffers when compared to what are being released on the PS2 and the X-Box. I know the gameplay will be out of this world, but...      I have always viewed Zelda as Nintendo\'s true flagship franchise so I expect nothing but breathtaking visuals, especially this late in the Gamecube\'s life.

GC is on what 3rd, 4th gen titles and they still look like 1st?

The floor textures are pretty horrible. I\'ll wait until I play the actual game though. Nintendo generally delivers.
