We\'re having the graduation act on 27th May and we need some track/s to play during one part of the act. Could you suggest any music you think suitable for such an occasion? It may be instrumental I think, and rather sad since it represents the end of a stage.
Please, help me.
Thx :)

How about "Jesu, Joy of Man\'s Desiring" by Leo Kottke. It\'s on itunes. Very moving piece. Or "The Fisherman" by the same guy.

Green Day - Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)
Boyz 2 Men - End of the Road
Senses Fail - Rum is for Drinking, Not for Burning
-
Green Day - Macy\'s Day Parade ... I dunno, I tried.

the beatles - in my life, brand new - soco amaretto lime, jack johnson - times like these, the june spirit - prolouge, ludacris - growing pains...

Yup, they\'re nice songs with very appropiated lyrics but... we\'re seeking sth without vocals, you know, just emotive music.

"The Battery" from the SplinterCell Chaos Theory soundtrack by Amon Tobin.
I think that fits the instrumental atmosphere you\'re looking for perfectly.
If needed, you may pm me, about the track.

I downloaded it from emule and it\'s good but doesnt fit the music i\'m looking for. I think i\'ll play the Pachalbel\'s \'Canon\', the extended version, which is an excellent piece of emotive music and lasts around 25 mins. Do you know it?

listen to anything by explosions in the sky. their tracks have different sounds but they\'re all very effective and emotional in their own. Their length should give you a decent amount of sounds to choose from..
