Title: Only one IE window?

For some reason I can only have 1 window open for Internet Explorer... what do I do in order to have multiple windows?

Quit using IE, is the first thing.
Go Firefox > Tabbed.

If you like the IE engine, you can go download Avant Browser: http://www.download.com/Avant-Browser/3000-2356_4-10377927.html?tag=lst-0-1

It seems a little faster than IE, and uses the same engine, but it allows for tabbed browsing...and there\'s a host of extra features that makes IE look like crap. I recommend it highly over IE.

try  file>New>Window

Try installing a newer version of IE and get rid of the older one.

Or use Firefox...that\'s what I\'d recommend.

Or use Avant Browser...which you\'ve yet to comment on.

If it has yahoo in it\'s name, or it has anything to do with it, it\'s not worth pissing on.

People I have on my msn list keep telling me I have to get the latest version of yim, it\'s got tons of cool new smilies, and you can even listen to the radio on it.

Well, woopty-fucking-do, bollocks to that. I had yim for about 3 days once, and I kept getting bombed with requests to add people I don\'t know to my contact lists, then found people could boot me out of yahoo games rooms using it.

I got rid of it without thinking twice, and I\'ve never looked back since.

the best thing about firefox is the fact that everytime I run Ad-aware or Spy-bot I get no spyware found.  Nobody using IE can say that...

I found adware in Firefox using Spyware Doctor...in fact...I find a LOT of adware that Ad-Aware misses. There\'s a lot of vulnerable crap with Javascript.

However, there\'s a 50000000000 to 1 ratio of IE crap compared to Firefox.

imo Firefox is much more secure  because it doesnt allow activeX crap.

extensions are also big part of 2005 browsing :) killads, zoom image, gestures, IEview to name a few good one :)
