Dude, Mexico is almost to par with the corruption and greed of Iraq. Mexico\'s government is a hellhole. Filled with money hungry rats willing to kill others, AND HAVE, to get to wherever the hell they want to get. PRI is mostly responsible for it, Fox is a good president but because Mexico\'s "congress" is controlled by the PRI he can\'t take a shit without the Congress\' approval.

If Mexico wants to really get rich, they should put an embargo on their tasty dishes from getting to the US. There will be such a huge draw of fat  hungry American tourists that the drug cartel will all turn into chefs.
