I am a bit curious How this fab is manufactured.

TSMC and 90nm is all I know, I think it\'s interesting that the main "shader core" is made by TSMC and the daughter die is made by NEC. So who puts the two together?

If I am not mistaken it\'s a first generation fab chip, being used for the xbox development kits.
