Did you try making the canvas 20px wider than the text and centering the text?

For Photoshop CS
Activate Rulers with View > Rulers
Set the Rulers units to "pixels" in Edit > Preferences > Units & Rulers
Zoom in on the right side of your text, and drag a guide line to the rightmost pixel of the text. Look at which pixel number it is on the ruler, and add 10 to find the position where the image should be cropped.
Crop image with Image > Canvas Size
That\'s probably the dumb way to do it. As usual with photoshop there are usually 5 different ways to do anything.

I finally used my head and did that ealier. I noticed text task are more difficult than others in Photoshop CS. Maybe text will be paid some attention in a later release, dowloaded CS2 didn\'t see a huge difference. I will have to take a look at the claimed improvements.
Thanks guys
